This multi-user Trail runs from the Irish Sea to the North Sea,
and is available to walkers, cyclists, and in many places, riders.
Status:
Work is currently in progress to develop the route, but many pieces are already open.
Promotion
The Trans Pennine Trail can now be seen in its entirety on these three
OS-based 1:50,000 maps. The sections promoted for horses
are clearly shown.

Some sections of the route are accompanied by separate leaflets.
